Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the siberius.tech website and the Siberius co-pilot. By joining early access or using Siberius, you agree to them. Please read the risk statement in section 02 carefully.
01What Siberius is
Siberius is a local-first trading-psychology co-pilot: software that helps you notice stress, curb impulsive trades and build discipline. It runs on your own device and stores your data there. It is an educational and behavioural tool, not a broker, not a signal service, and not a portfolio manager.
02Not financial advice — trading risk
Siberius does not provide financial, investment or trading advice, and nothing it produces is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything. Trading carries a high risk of loss. Past performance and behavioural insight do not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and any losses. If in doubt, seek advice from a qualified, regulated professional.
03Early access & founding places
Early access is offered to a limited cohort. Founding places are sold at the founding price shown on the early-access page (currently £25) and include the benefits described there. Because this is early software, features may change, and you may encounter rough edges as the product develops. We’ll be honest with you about what is and isn’t ready.
04Your licence
When you get access, we grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use Siberius for your own trading. You may not resell, redistribute, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the source, prompts or internal methods of the software. All intellectual property in Siberius remains ours.
05Payment
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and, where applicable, include any tax we are required to charge. We never see or store your card details.
06Refunds
If you are a UK/EU consumer, you have a statutory 14-day right to cancel a purchase for a refund. If you’re not happy with your founding purchase within 14 days, email hello@siberius.tech and we’ll refund you. This does not affect your other statutory rights.
07Acceptable use
Use Siberius lawfully and for its intended purpose. Don’t attempt to disrupt, probe or gain unauthorised access to our systems, don’t misuse the site, and don’t use it to break any law. We may suspend access that breaches these terms.
08Availability & “as is”
Because Siberius is local-first, it runs on your device and you control it. The website and software are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We work hard to make Siberius useful and reliable, but we don’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
09Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any trading losses or for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of Siberius. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Where liability is permitted to be limited, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
10Changes
We may update these terms or the service as Siberius evolves. The “last updated” date reflects the current version, and we’ll flag material changes. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
11Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence.
