Privacy Policy

Siberius is built local-first: the co-pilot itself runs on your own device, and your trading data — trades, notes, voice, journal entries — stays there. This policy explains the limited data the siberius.tech website handles when you join the early-access list or purchase, and the choices you have over it.

01Who we are

In this policy, “Siberius”, “we” and “us” refer to the operator of siberius.tech, the data controller for the information described here. You can reach us at hello@siberius.tech for any privacy question or request.

02What we collect

• Early-access details — the email address (and, if you choose to give it, your trader segment or a referral code) you submit to join the waitlist or claim a founding place.
• Purchase information — if you buy early access, payment is handled entirely by Stripe. We receive a confirmation and your email, but we never see or store your card details.
• Anonymous usage analytics — a cookieless, first-party count of page views (which page, coarse device size, and the referring site’s domain only). No cookies, no cross-site tracking, no profiling, and it honours your browser’s “Do Not Track” / Global Privacy Control signal.
• Messages you send us — anything you include when you email us.

03What we do not collect

We also do not use advertising trackers, do not set tracking cookies, and do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone. Ever.

04Why we use it (legal bases)

• Consent — to add you to the early-access list and email you about launch. You can withdraw at any time.
• Contract — to process a purchase and give you access to what you paid for.
• Legitimate interests — to keep aggregate, anonymous analytics so we understand which pages are useful, and to keep the site secure.

05Who we share it with

Only the service providers needed to run the site, acting as our processors: Stripe (payment processing) and our email and hosting providers. We do not share your data with anyone else, and we never sell it. We may disclose information if strictly required by law.

06How long we keep it

We keep your early-access email until you unsubscribe or until a reasonable period after launch, whichever comes first. Purchase records are kept only as long as required for accounting and legal obligations. Anonymous analytics are aggregate and are not tied to you.

07Your rights

If you are in the UK or EU, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a portable copy of your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email hello@siberius.tech and we’ll respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) or your local data-protection authority.

08Security & international transfers

Data in transit is encrypted (HTTPS), and access to what little we hold is limited. Some processors (such as Stripe) may process data outside the UK/EU; where they do, appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses apply. To report a security concern, contact security@siberius.tech.

09Children

Siberius is intended for adults (18+) and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

10Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product evolves. The “last updated” date at the top always reflects the current version, and material changes will be highlighted on this page.
